Our day started at the World of Coke. Years ago we visited the World of Coke at their old facility. The new facility is in a great location right next to the Aquarium in downtown Atlanta.
I knew that Coke had developed a can for use in space, but I was unaware they had developed an entire rack mountable space based soda fountain.
After consuming a variety of Coke products (everyone needs to try Beverly which is marketed in Italy) we made our way to Alabama
and made our way down to Florida. It feels like cheating a little only going through the end of the Florida pan handle, but I think it still counts.
Since we were near the gulf we decided to run down to see the beach. I was surprised to see so many people on the beach including some in the water. The flags clearly indicated that the water was off limits.
Next it was on to Mississippi. Our destination was Hattiesburg MS. Our day was a little longer than anticipated since we added a side trip to the gulf, but we made.
